Butter both sides of the bun, add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then broil until golden.

Cook minced garlic in olive oil, add crushed tomatoes and seasonings, simmer for 10 minutes, then add cut lasagna noodles.

Form ground beef and sausage into balls, heat a cast iron pan very hot, smash balls into patties, cook 1 minute per side, then add cheese to beef patties.

Layer as follows: Bottom bun, beef patty, lasagna noodle and ricotta, sausage patty, lasagna noodle and ricotta, beef patty, lasagna noodle and ricotta, top bun.
