Lasagna Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 spoons olive oil.
02 - 1 pound ground beef.
03 - 1 big onion, cut up.
04 - 4 garlic cloves, tiny cut.
05 - 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz).
06 - 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz).
07 - 1/4 cup tomato paste.
08 - 4 cups chicken broth.
09 - 1-2 cups water.
10 - 1 spoon Italian spice.
11 - 1 spoon salt.
12 - Black pepper.
13 - 8 oz bowtie pasta.
14 - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese.
15 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
16 - 1/4 cup parmesan.
17 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, cut up.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in big pot.
02 - Cook beef, onions, garlic till meat's done. Drain fat.
03 - Add tomatoes, sauce, paste, broth, spices, pasta.
04 - Let bubble high.
05 - Turn down, cook 10-15 minutes till pasta's soft.
06 - Add water if too thick.
07 - Mix in cheese or let people add their own. Top with parsley.
08 - Keeps 5 days in fridge, 3 months frozen.
09 - Add more liquid when warming up.

# Notes:

01 - Big pasta works best.
02 - Can use turkey or sausage instead.
03 - Want thicker? Use crushed tomatoes.
04 - No canned stuff? Use pasta sauce.
05 - Always add liquid when reheating.
