Lavender Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon lavender buds.
02 - 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based).
03 - 1 tablespoon honey.
04 - 1 tablespoon black or Earl Grey tea.
05 - Sprig of mint (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine milk, honey and lavender in saucepan. Heat until scalded but do not boil.
02 - Remove from heat and let lavender steep for 2 minutes.
03 - Add tea and mint (if using) and steep for 2 more minutes.
04 - Strain into cups. Optionally reserve 1/2 cup milk to froth for latte-style top.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made with any type of milk.
02 - Do not let milk boil to prevent curdling.
03 - Can be served hot or cold.
