Irresistible Lemon Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 box yellow cake mix
02 - 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
03 - 3/4 cup vegetable oil
04 - 3/4 cup water
05 - 4 eggs, beaten

→ Lemon Glaze

06 - 2 cups powdered sugar
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons water
09 - 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and thoroughly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the eggs then add the cake mix, lemon pudding mix, oil, and water. Mix until well combined and smooth.
03 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 - While the cake is baking, combine powdered sugar, melted butter, water, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
05 - When the cake is done, immediately poke holes all over the surface using a wooden spoon handle. Pour the glaze evenly over the warm cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
06 - Let the cake cool completely to allow the glaze to set before slicing and serving.
