Loaded Bacon and Cheese Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Frozen French fries (32 oz bag)
02 - Bacon (½ pound, cooked and crumbled)
03 - Green onions (4, chopped)
04 - Sour cream (¼ cup)

→ Cheese Sauce

05 - Butter (2 tablespoons)
06 - All-purpose flour (2 tablespoons)
07 - Milk (1 cup)
08 - Cheddar cheese (1½ cups/6 ounces, shredded)
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook frozen french fries according to package directions
02 - Melt butter in small saucepan, whisk in flour and cook for one minute
03 - Slowly add milk to roux, cook while stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper
04 - Drizzle hot fries with cheese sauce, sprinkle with bacon, drizzle sour cream, and top with green onions
