Easy Mango Lime Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Frozen mango chunks (4 cups)
02 - Maple syrup or simple syrup (¼ cup)

→ Flavoring

03 - Fresh lime juice (2 tablespoons)
04 - Kosher salt (pinch)
05 - Fresh mint for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Pulse frozen mango in food processor until roughly chopped
02 - Add syrup, lime juice, and salt, scraping sides as needed
03 - Process for at least one minute, scraping sides, until creamy
04 - Enjoy immediately or freeze in sealed container. Let thaw 10-15 minutes before serving if frozen
