Marry Me Chicken Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter.
02 - 1 cup onion, finely chopped.
03 - 7 garlic cloves, finely minced.
04 - 3 ounces sun dried tomatoes, chopped.
05 - 3/4 cup dry white wine.
06 - 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken.
07 - 1 teaspoon italian seasoning.
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
12 - 32 ounces chicken broth.
13 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
14 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
15 - 2 cups finely chopped fresh spinach.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium low heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until translucent and slightly brown.
02 - Add garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Saute 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03 - Increase heat to medium. Add white wine and scrape up bottom bits.
04 - Add chicken, spices and broth. Increase to medium-high and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese and spinach until spinach wilts.

# Notes:

01 - Serving size is 1 1/4 cup.
02 - Wine can be substituted with extra chicken stock.
03 - Cooking onions slowly helps caramelize their natural sugars.
