Mediterranean Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Marinade

01 - Chicken breast, skinless and boneless, 1 1/2 lbs (650g)
02 - Garlic cloves, minced, 3
03 - Chili flakes, 1 teaspoon
04 - Ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon
05 - Dried mint, 1 1/2 teaspoons

→ Yogurt Sauce

06 - Plain yogurt, 1/2 cup
07 - Dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh), 1/2 teaspoon
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Wrap Components

09 - Tortillas, 3-4
10 - Your favorite hummus
11 - Fresh cabbage, chopped, 1 cup
12 - Everyday salad mix
13 - Cooked broccoli florets

# Instructions:

01 - Start by chopping up all your veggies for the salad and get that ready to go. This will make assembly much smoother later!
02 - Mix together your yogurt with one minced garlic clove, a pinch of salt, and the dill until it's nice and smooth. This is your quick homemade tzatziki!
03 - Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook them in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add two cloves of minced garlic, chili flakes, black pepper, and dried mint. Stir well to coat the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and delicious.
04 - Lay out your tortillas and build your perfect wrap! Layer with chopped cabbage, the golden chicken, some cooked broccoli if you're using it, salad, a generous spread of hummus, and a dollop of your homemade tzatziki. Roll it all up burrito-style and dig in while it's fresh!
