Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Cream cheese, softened, 1 tablespoon
02 - Granulated sugar, 1/3 cup
03 - Heavy cream, 3/4 cup
04 - Whole milk, 1 cup

→ Flavorings

05 - Mint extract, 1 teaspoon
06 - Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
07 - Green food coloring (optional)
08 - Mini chocolate chips for mix-in, 1/4 cup

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds. Whisk with sugar and mint extract until it achieves a frosting-like consistency, about 60 seconds.
02 - Gradually incorporate heavy cream, milk, and optional food coloring, mixing until sugar completely dissolves and mixture is uniform.
03 - Transfer the mixture to a CREAMi™ Pint container. Secure the lid and freeze for 24 hours.
04 - After freezing, remove lid and place pint in outer bowl. Attach Creamerizer™ Paddle to lid, lock onto outer bowl, and secure assembly on motor base. Select ICE CREAM setting.
05 - Create a 1½-inch wide hole down the center of the processed ice cream. Add chocolate chips to the hole and run the MIX-IN program.
06 - Remove from pint and serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
