Mom's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 spoon butter.
02 - 2 celery sticks, cut up.
03 - 3-4 big carrots, cut up.
04 - 1 garlic clove, tiny cut.
05 - 10 cups chicken stock.
06 - 1 spoon salt.
07 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
08 - 1/8 spoon rosemary.
09 - 1/8 spoon sage.
10 - 1/8 spoon red pepper.
11 - 4 cups egg noodles.
12 - 3 cups pulled chicken.
13 - 1 spoon chicken base.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in big pot. Cook celery, carrots 3 minutes. Add garlic 30 seconds.
02 - Add stock, spices, chicken base. Taste and fix salt.
03 - Let bubble. Add noodles, cook till just soft.
04 - Watch close - noodles get mushy quick.
05 - Mix in chicken. Taste again.

02 - Store broth works with extra flavor base.
03 - Can use raw chicken - cook 5 minutes.
