Nutella Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g Oreo cookies (1.5 standard packs).
02 - 60g unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 3 teaspoons gelatin powder.
04 - 1/4 cup water.
05 - 500g cream cheese, softened (block form).
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
07 - 1 cup Nutella.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1/2 cup Nutella.
11 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips.
12 - 1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped.
13 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (for whipping).
14 - 3 tablespoons Nutella, warmed.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8-inch springform pan with parchment.
02 - Process Oreos to crumbs, mix with butter, press into pan.
03 - Bloom gelatin in water, microwave 15 seconds, cool. Beat cream cheese with Nutella and sugar. Add cooled gelatin. Whip cream separately. Fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture.
04 - Pour filling in pan, chill 1 hour.
05 - Heat cream, Nutella, and chocolate until smooth. Cool 5 minutes. Pour over set filling. Chill 3 hours.
06 - Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Pipe whipped cream around edge. Drizzle with warm Nutella.

01 - Must use block cream cheese, not spreadable.
02 - Can use other hazelnut spreads.
03 - Don't add hazelnuts too early.
04 - Can be made ahead.
05 - Gelatin is essential for texture.
06 - Toast hazelnuts for better flavor.
