Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (125g) Nutella.
02 - 1 1/4 cup (165g) all purpose flour.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
05 - 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled.
07 - 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed.
08 - 1/3 cup (75g) granulated sugar.
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
10 - 1 large egg.
11 - 1 cup (180g) dark chocolate chips, plus more for topping.
12 - Flaky sea salt for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Dollop 8 tablespoons of Nutella on a parchment-lined plate and freeze while making dough.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
03 - Whisk butter and sugars vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla, whisk another 1-2 minutes.
04 - Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, then add chocolate chips when flour is still slightly visible.
05 - Cover and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
06 - Preheat oven to 350F. Scoop 1/4 cup dough, flatten, add frozen Nutella, wrap dough around completely. Bake 13-15 minutes until edges golden. Top with sea salt.

# Notes:

01 - Let cookies cool 20 minutes before eating.
02 - Center should look slightly underdone when done.
03 - Space cookies well apart on baking sheet.
