One Pot Creamy Tomato Beef Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 spoons olive oil.
02 - 2 garlic cloves, tiny cut.
03 - 1 onion, cut small.
04 - 1 pound ground beef.
05 - 2 spoons Italian herbs.
06 - 2 spoons tomato paste.
07 - 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes.
08 - 1/2 spoon red pepper (if you want).
09 - 1 1/2 spoons salt.
10 - 1/2 spoon black pepper.
11 - 4 cups chicken broth (low salt).
12 - 12 oz short pasta (any kind).
13 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
14 - Grated parmesan.
15 - Cut parsley if you want.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in big pot. Cook garlic and onion 1 1/2 minutes till soft.
02 - Add beef, cook till brown. Add herbs, cook 30 seconds. Mix in paste, cook 1 minute.
03 - Pour in tomatoes, broth, salt, peppers. Add pasta.
04 - Let bubble 15 minutes. Stir lots so pasta won't stick.
05 - Pour in cream. Cook 1-2 minutes till sauce looks shiny.
06 - Top with cheese and parsley.

# Notes:

01 - No Italian herbs? Use oregano, parsley, basil.
02 - Can use broth powder.
03 - Keeps 3 days in fridge - don't freeze.
