Golden Onion Butter Baked Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups long-grain white rice.
02 - 14.5 ounces beef broth.
03 - 10.5 ounces French onion soup.
04 - 8 tablespoons butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread rice in square baking dish.
02 - Pour beef broth and French onion soup over rice.
03 - Top with butter pats. Optional: add black pepper.
04 - Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
05 - Uncover and bake 25 more minutes. Let rest before serving.
