Put paper in 9x13 pan.

Mix sugar, butter, milk in big pot over medium heat.

Let bubble till it hits 234° (about 5 minutes).

Take off heat. Stir in chocolate till smooth.

Mix in marshmallows, nuts, vanilla.

Pour in pan. Spread flat.

Let sit 4 hours till firm. Or put in fridge to set faster.

Cut and serve room temp.
