Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders

→ Flour Coating

02 - 1/2 cup white flour
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper

→ Oil Mixture

05 - 6 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
06 - 3 teaspoons minced garlic

→ Crumb Coating

07 - 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
08 - 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
10 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Trim fat from chicken tenders
02 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, salt and pepper; one with oil/butter and garlic; and one with Panko, Parmesan, basil and paprika
03 - Dip each tender in flour mixture, then garlic oil, then Panko mixture, ensuring even coating
04 - Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes, flip, then cook another 8-9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
