Parmesan Mahi Mahi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 Mahi Mahi filets.
02 - 1/3 cup olive oil.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed.
04 - 1 packet Zesty Italian Seasoning.
05 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
06 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
07 - 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
08 - 2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Fresh lemon for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Place fish in zip bag. Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over fish. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
02 - Heat oven to 400°F.
03 - Combine yogurt, mayo, Parmesan. Add breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Place in greased 9x13 dish. Spread topping evenly. Add extra breadcrumbs if desired.
05 - Bake 18-20 minutes until golden.
06 - Garnish with herbs and lemon.
