Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved.
02 - 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted.
03 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - Ranch dip for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F.
02 - Score potatoes with small knife.
03 - Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish in oven (5 minutes).
04 - Add parmesan and spices to melted butter, mix well, and spread evenly in dish.
05 - Place cut side down and brush tops with reserved butter.
06 - Bake 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
07 - Serve with ranch dip if desired.
