Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 2 tablespoons milk

→ Topping

11 - 24 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 350°F. Prepare mini muffin pan.
02 - Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add egg, vanilla, milk. Mix in dry ingredients.
03 - Fill muffin cups with dough. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges golden.
04 - Press peanut butter cups into warm cookies. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
