Pecan Cream Cheese Breakfast Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, chilled and cut into 8 squares
03 - 1 cup pecan pieces
04 - ½ cup brown sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Topping

06 - 8 tablespoons butter, melted (divided)
07 - ½ cup cream soda

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
02 - Combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons melted butter in a bowl.
03 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a cream cheese square and pecan mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up and seal edges.
04 - Arrange rolls in prepared baking dish. Pour remaining melted butter over top and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture.
05 - Drizzle cream soda around rolls. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

01 - Can be made gluten-free using gluten-free crescent roll dough

03 - Check that cream soda is gluten-free if making gluten-free version
