Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 4 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon onion flakes.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 7 ounces pepper jelly.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Combine cream cheese, cheddar. Add seasonings. Mix well. Spread in baking dish.
03 - Cook 15 minutes until hot and melty.
04 - Microwave in 30-second bursts. Stir between heating until melted.
05 - Pour warm jelly over hot cheese. Spread evenly.
06 - Cook at 325°F about 12 minutes. Add melted jelly the same way.

# Notes:

01 - Amount of jelly flexible (about 1 cup). Serve right away while hot. Can use any heat level of pepper jelly. Good with crackers or bread.
