Pesto Garlic Cheese Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread

→ Spread

02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup basil pesto

→ Toppings

05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - Fresh basil leaves, chopped
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 375°F. Split bread lengthwise.
02 - Spread garlic butter, then pesto. Top with both cheeses.
03 - Cook 10-12 minutes until cheese melts. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes for golden top.
04 - Garnish with fresh basil, slice and serve warm.
