Pink Sugar Cookies

# Ingredients:

1 cup sugar.

1 cup butter.

3 large eggs.

2 teaspoons vanilla.

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.

1 teaspoon baking soda.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.

Pink gel food coloring.
# Instructions:

Line baking sheet. Chill dough 30 minutes.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry. Add food coloring. Stir in chips.

Heat oven to 350°F. Roll 1 1/2 inch balls. Space 2 inches apart. Bake 12-13 minutes. Cool 1 minute on sheet. Move to rack.
