Pink Sugar Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sugar.
02 - 1 cup butter.
03 - 3 large eggs.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
05 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips.
09 - Pink gel food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet. Chill dough 30 minutes.
02 - Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately. Combine wet and dry. Add food coloring. Stir in chips.
03 - Heat oven to 350°F. Roll 1 1/2 inch balls. Space 2 inches apart. Bake 12-13 minutes. Cool 1 minute on sheet. Move to rack.

01 - Color darkens as it bakes.
02 - Must chill dough for shape.
03 - Makes great make-ahead dough.
04 - Can skip chips or use different kinds.
