Viral Pistachio Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Kataifi (shredded pastry) (3 cups, thawed to room temperature)
02 - Unsalted butter (¼ cup)
03 - Pistachio paste (½ cup)
04 - Milk or semi-sweet chocolate (400g/14oz, roughly chopped)

→ Optional Decorations

05 - White chocolate chips (2 tablespoons, melted)
06 - Crushed pistachios (1 teaspoon)
07 - Chocolate sprinkles (1 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in pan and fry Kataifi until crispy and golden brown (5-10 minutes)
02 - Melt half of chocolate in microwave in 30-second increments, stir to complete melting. Spread on flat surface and refrigerate 10 minutes
03 - Mix cooled Kataifi with pistachio spread, layer over first chocolate layer. Refrigerate 10 minutes
04 - Melt remaining chocolate, spread over pistachio layer. Add optional decorations
05 - Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before cutting
