Pudding Cookies With Sprinkles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup soft butter.
02 - 1/4 cup shortening.
03 - 1 1/2 cups sugar.
04 - 2 big eggs, room temp.
05 - 1 1/2 spoons vanilla.
06 - 2 1/2 cups flour.
07 - 1 box instant pudding.
08 - 1 spoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 spoon salt.
10 - 1 cup sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°. Put paper on cookie pans.
02 - Mix butter, shortening, sugar till fluffy (4-5 minutes).
03 - Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and pudding mix.
04 - Mix flour, baking powder, salt in bowl. Add to wet mix.
05 - Put sprinkles in dish. Roll spoons of dough in balls, then in sprinkles.
06 - Put on pans 2 inches apart.
07 - Bake 12-15 minutes till edges turn gold. Cool 5 minutes on pan, then move to rack.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 5 days in tight box.
02 - Can chill dough 3 days or freeze 3 months.
03 - Freeze baked cookies in single layer first.
