Pumpkin Donut Holes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.
06 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 3/4 cup pumpkin puree.
09 - 1/2 cup milk.
10 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
11 - 1/3 cup canola oil.
12 - 1 large egg.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
14 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
15 - Coating: 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon.
16 - Coating: 2/3 cup sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Oil mini muffin pan.
02 - Combine flour, spices, baking powder, and salt.
03 - Mix pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla.
04 - Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moist.
05 - Scoop into muffin pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Test with toothpick.
06 - Cool for 2 minutes. Mix cinnamon sugar coating. Dip in melted butter then roll in cinnamon sugar. Cool on wire rack.

# Notes:

01 - Best served same day. Coating may soften if stored.
02 - Can use pumpkin pie spice instead of individual spices.
03 - Baking method is easier than traditional frying.
