Reuben Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces crescent roll dough.
02 - 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing.
03 - 1/4 pound shredded corned beef.
04 - 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - 1/3 cup sauerkraut, very well drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Spread each triangle with 1/2 tablespoon dressing, even portion of corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut.
03 - Roll up from wide end. Place fallen cheese on top.
04 - Bake 10-20 minutes until golden brown.

01 - Perfect for St. Patrick's Day.
02 - Drain sauerkraut thoroughly.
03 - Best served warm.
04 - Can use leftover corned beef.
05 - Great as appetizer or dinner.
