Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Spread each triangle with 1/2 tablespoon dressing, even portion of corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut.

Roll up from wide end. Place fallen cheese on top.

Bake 10-20 minutes until golden brown.
