Ritz Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed.
02 - 1 box (6.9 oz) chicken Rice-A-Roni.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
09 - 6 tablespoons butter, melted.
10 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers.
11 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
03 - Cook Rice-A-Roni following box directions.
04 - Mix sour cream, chicken soup, and seasonings.
05 - Add cooked chicken and rice to mixture.
06 - Pour into baking dish.
07 - Crush Ritz crackers in package.
08 - Mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
09 - Add cheese to cracker mixture.
10 - Spread topping over casserole.
11 - Bake 25 minutes.
12 - Broil 2-3 minutes until top is golden.

01 - Keeps in fridge 3 days.
02 - Can freeze up to 2 months.
03 - Reheat covered at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
04 - Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
