Rose Milk Cake Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tsp baking powder
03 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
04 - 1/4 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup yogurt
08 - 1/2 cup milk
09 - 1 tbsp rose syrup (Rooh Afza)
10 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Milk Mixture

11 - 1/2 cup condensed milk
12 - 1/2 cup whole milk
13 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
14 - 1 tbsp rose syrup

→ Topping

15 - 1 cup whipped cream
16 - 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
17 - 1 tbsp dried rose petals

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
02 - In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, yogurt, milk, rose syrup, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
03 - Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
04 - Mix condensed milk, whole milk, heavy cream, and rose syrup.
05 - Poke holes in the cake and pour milk mixture evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
06 - Spread whipped cream over the cake, sprinkle pistachios and rose petals. Slice and enjoy!
