01 - 9 ounces oyster crackers (1 package)
02 - 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oyster crackers evenly on it.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until mixture thickens.
03 - Pour caramel over crackers, ensuring even coating. Sprinkle salt on top.
04 - Bake for 7-9 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
05 - Allow crackers to cool completely before breaking into clusters. Store in an airtight container.
