Christmas Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - All-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups)
02 - Sugar (1/4 cup)
03 - Baking powder (4 teaspoons)
04 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
05 - Milk (2 cups)
06 - Vegetable oil (1/3 cup)
07 - Egg (1, beaten)
08 - Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
09 - Christmas sprinkles (1/4 cup plus more for topping)
10 - Whipped cream
11 - Fresh strawberries (12)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl
02 - Mix in milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in sprinkles
03 - Pour 4-inch pancakes on hot greased griddle, flip when bubbling
04 - Top each pancake with whipped cream, strawberry, and more cream to create Santa hat
