Breakfast Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Frozen hashbrowns, defrosted (16 ounces)
02 - Bulk pork or turkey sausage (1 pound)
03 - Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
04 - Large eggs (6)
05 - Milk or cream (1/2 cup)
06 - Kosher salt (1 teaspoon)
07 - Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and grease a 7x11 or 9x9 baking dish
02 - Brown sausage over medium-high heat, breaking into small pieces. Drain excess grease
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined
04 - Layer hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese in dish. Pour egg mixture over top
05 - Cook 40-45 minutes until eggs set and top browns. Rest 5-10 minutes before serving
