01 - 1 pound ground breakfast sausage, any flavor

02 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
03 - 4 large eggs

04 - 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
03 - In a large bowl, combine the eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Whisk until well combined.
04 - Stir the precooked sausage into the egg mixture until evenly distributed.
05 - Thoroughly grease 12 cups in a standard muffin pan.
06 - Fill each greased muffin cup approximately ¾ full with the mixture.
07 - Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
