03 - 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
04 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
05 - 3 tbsp olive oil
06 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
07 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
09 - Juice of 1 lemon
10 - ½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Cheese Topping

12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
13 - ½ cup grated Parmesan
14 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crispiness)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add olive oil. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 28 seconds. Add shrimp and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, allowing it to simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, then remove from heat.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp scampi sauce and transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs evenly on top. Bake uncovered for 16–21 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
04 - Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve warm and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use fresh shrimp rather than frozen for more flavor and better texture.
