Simple Apple Fritter Monkey Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tubes biscuit dough (8 oz each).
02 - 1 cup sugar.
03 - 2 spoons cinnamon.
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
05 - 1 cup butter, melted.
06 - 3 apples, cut small.
07 - 1 spoon lemon juice.
08 - 2 spoons sugar.
09 - 1 spoon cinnamon.
10 - 1 cup powder sugar.
11 - 1-2 spoons milk.
12 - 1/4 spoon vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°. Butter a bundt pan well.
02 - Cut apples small, mix with lemon juice. Add 1 spoon cinnamon, 2 spoons sugar.
03 - Melt 1 spoon butter in pan. Cook apples 7-10 minutes till soft. Let cool.
04 - Cut each biscuit in 4 pieces.
05 - Mix 1 cup sugar with 2 spoons cinnamon in bowl.
06 - Roll dough pieces in cinnamon sugar.
07 - Layer in pan: dough, apples, dough, apples.
08 - Heat 1 cup butter, brown sugar, leftover cinnamon sugar. Pour hot over layers.
09 - Bake 30-35 minutes till golden. Cool 5 minutes. Flip onto plate.
10 - Mix glaze: powder sugar, milk, vanilla. Pour over warm bread.
