Garlic Parmesan Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds small Yukon Gold or red potatoes.
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
03 - 1 teaspoon dried dill.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
06 - 1/3 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
11 - Extra Parmesan for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut large potatoes in half and leave small ones whole.
02 - Grease 6-quart slow cooker and add potatoes to cooker.
03 - Sprinkle over potatoes: Italian seasoning, dried dill, salt and pepper, Parmesan cheese.
04 - Mix in bowl: melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic.
05 - Pour mixture over potatoes.
06 - Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
07 - Top with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

# Notes:

01 - No stirring needed during cooking.
02 - Add cayenne or red pepper flakes for heat.
03 - Can double recipe if slow cooker is large enough.
04 - Keeps 3 days in fridge.
