Slow Cooker Hamburger Vegetable Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Aromatics

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup carrots, sliced
05 - 1 cup potatoes, diced
06 - 1 cup corn kernels
07 - 1 cup green beans, chopped

→ Seasonings & Sauce

08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
11 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
12 - 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in skillet until browned, drain excess fat
02 - Add onion and garlic to beef, cook until softened
03 - Transfer beef mixture to slow cooker, add vegetables, soup and all seasonings
04 - Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours until vegetables are tender
05 - Stir in cheese during last 30 minutes, let rest 10 minutes before serving

02 - Keeps in refrigerator 3-4 days
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months
