Slow Cooker Sausage Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces ground Italian sausage.
02 - 1/2 cup onion, diced.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
04 - 16 ounces Velveeta, cubed.
05 - 20 ounces RoTel.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown sausage and onion in skillet over medium heat, drain grease.
02 - Add cooked sausage, cream cheese, Velveeta and undrained RoTel to slow cooker.
03 - Cover and cook on LOW for 120 minutes until melted, stirring occasionally.
04 - Turn to WARM setting and serve with tortilla chips.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made on stovetop.
02 - Can add optional ingredients like corn or beans.
03 - Keep warm while serving.
