S'mores Crack Caramel Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 full-size graham crackers
02 - 1 cup salted butter
03 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
04 - 3 chocolate bars, broken into pieces
05 - 1 cup mini marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Place graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom, breaking crackers if necessary to fully cover the pan.
03 - In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir constantly until butter has melted completely. Allow mixture to boil for 3-4 minutes until it thickens into a caramel consistency.
04 - Pour caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers and bake for 6-8 minutes.
05 - Remove pan from oven. Immediately sprinkle broken chocolate pieces evenly across the surface, followed by mini marshmallows.
06 - Switch oven to broil setting. Return pan to oven and broil until marshmallows turn golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes. Watch closely as this happens very quickly and varies by oven.
07 - Allow bars to cool completely until slightly hardened. Cut into squares and serve.
