Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Place graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom, breaking crackers if necessary to fully cover the pan.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir constantly until butter has melted completely. Allow mixture to boil for 3-4 minutes until it thickens into a caramel consistency.

Pour caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers and bake for 6-8 minutes.

Remove pan from oven. Immediately sprinkle broken chocolate pieces evenly across the surface, followed by mini marshmallows.

Switch oven to broil setting. Return pan to oven and broil until marshmallows turn golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes. Watch closely as this happens very quickly and varies by oven.

Allow bars to cool completely until slightly hardened. Cut into squares and serve.
