Put down wax paper or parchment. Keep extra sugar nearby if mix gets sticky.

Beat butter till fluffy.

Mix in cream, sugar, and mint bit by bit till firm.

Split dough. Color 1/4 red, leave rest white.

Roll into two balls - one red, one white.

Roll a thin red rope and thicker white rope.

Twist ropes together.

Break small bits off. Roll in hands to smooth.

Put on wax paper. Wait 1-2 hours till less sticky. Cut with pizza cutter.

Let dry one full day.

Keep in sealed box. Can put in fridge if you want.
