Easy Fall Spiced Baked Persimmons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Fuyu persimmons, cut in half.
02 - 2 1/2 spoons melted coconut oil.
03 - 2 spoons honey.
04 - 2 spoons melted butter.
05 - 1 whole clove.
06 - 1/8 spoon cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 spoon coriander.
08 - 1/8 spoon nutmeg.
09 - 1 spoon water.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°.
02 - Wash and cut persimmons. Put in iron pan.
03 - Mix coconut oil, honey, butter, spices, water.
04 - Pour mix over fruit.
05 - Cover pan with lid or foil.
06 - Bake 35-40 minutes.
07 - Rest 10 minutes uncovered.

# Notes:

01 - Good with ice cream or yogurt.
02 - Any oven pan works fine.
03 - Try caramel sauce on top.
