01 - 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
02 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
06 - 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, grated
07 - 6 to 8 tortillas

→ Seasoning and Marinade

08 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
09 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
10 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
11 - 2 minced garlic cloves
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a zip-lock bag, combine the sliced steak, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
02 - Seal the bag and shake thoroughly to coat the steak pieces evenly.
03 - Add the sliced peppers and onion to the bag, reseal, and shake again to coat the vegetables with the marinade.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Add the contents of the bag to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender and the steak is fully cooked.
05 - Serve the cooked steak and vegetables with warm tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese and add optional toppings as desired.
