Spinach Artichoke Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, well softened.
02 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
05 - 2/3 cup (76g) shredded parmesan.
06 - 1/2 cup (56g) shredded mozzarella.
07 - Pepper to taste.
08 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
09 - 6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 1-quart baking dish.
02 - Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, cheeses and pepper.
03 - Mix in drained artichokes and spinach until combined.
04 - Spread in dish and bake about 20 minutes until hot and melted.
05 - Serve warm with chips, crackers or bread slices.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made a day ahead.
02 - Drain vegetables very well.
03 - Reheats well in portions.
