Spinach Egg Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 large eggs.
02 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
05 - 3/4 cup spinach, chopped.
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
08 - Additional Parmesan for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Use silicone liners or use silicone muffin pan or spray regular tin with cooking spray.
03 - Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes, spinach, basil, cheese.
04 - Pour mixture to 2/3 full. Top with extra Parmesan.
05 - Bake 12-15 minutes until set.
