Spritz Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup soft butter (226g).
02 - 3/4 cup sugar (150g).
03 - 1/2 spoon salt.
04 - 1 big egg.
05 - 1 spoon vanilla.
06 - 1 spoon almond flavor.
07 - 2 1/4 cups flour (293g).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°.
02 - Beat butter, salt, sugar till fluffy.
03 - Mix in egg, vanilla, almond. Scrape bowl sides.
04 - Add food color now if you want.
05 - Mix in flour till soft dough forms.
06 - Put in cookie press. Press onto clean pan.
07 - Add sprinkles if you want.
08 - Bake 8 minutes till edges just start getting gold.
09 - Let sit few minutes, then move to cooling rack.

# Notes:

01 - Put sprinkles on after baking to avoid melting.
02 - Don't use pan paper - cookies won't stick right.
03 - Gel food color works best.
04 - Let cool before adding icing.
05 - Watch close - they brown fast.
