Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Hearts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pastry

01 - 1-2 sheets vegan and gluten-free puff pastry
02 - 4 tablespoons dairy-free milk
03 - Caster sugar for sprinkling

→ Filling

04 - 130g dairy-free cream cheese
05 - 15g gluten-free or plain flour
06 - 15g caster sugar
07 - Fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C fan. Line 2 baking trays with greaseproof paper.
02 - Unroll pastry, flatten wrinkles, cut heart shapes and make smaller heart indentations in center.
03 - Mix cream cheese, flour, and sugar until thick and creamy. Transfer to piping bag.
04 - Pipe filling into pastry hearts, top with sliced strawberries, brush edges with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
05 - Bake 10-15 minutes until golden and flakey. Cool slightly before serving with icing sugar.

02 - Best eaten within 2 days
