Strawberry Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix.
02 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened.
03 - 12 ounces pink candy wafer melts.
04 - 4 ounces white almond bark (optional for drizzle).

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave dry mix 30 seconds twice. Stir between intervals. Cool completely.
02 - Beat cream cheese 2-2.5 minutes until smooth. Add cooled cake mix. Mix until combined. Cover tightly. Chill 2 hours.
03 - Line baking sheet with parchment. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions. Roll into balls. Place on sheet. Can chill overnight.
04 - Melt candy wafers in 30-second intervals. Dip balls in coating. Tap off excess. Return to sheet.
05 - Melt almond bark. Drizzle over bites. Refrigerate until serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.
02 - Can freeze uncoated bites 2 months.
03 - Let come to room temperature before dipping to prevent coating cracks.
04 - Works with any cake mix flavor.
