Stuffed Turkey Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2.75-3 pounds turkey breast.
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
04 - 1/3 cup chopped fresh spinach.
05 - 1/3 cup chopped bacon pieces.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
09 - 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary.
10 - 1 teaspoon chopped thyme.
11 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Pound turkey to 1/4-inch thickness.
02 - Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, bacon, herbs, salt and pepper.
03 - Spread filling on turkey, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
04 - Rub spice mixture over rolled turkey.
05 - Bake 15-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 160°F. Broil 5 minutes to brown.
06 - Rest 5-10 minutes, brush with herb butter, then slice and serve.
