Sugar Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 2 packages (6.25 ounces each) sugar cookie mix.
03 - 5 cups (850g) white chocolate chips.
04 - 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
06 - 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Line 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Heat sweetened condensed milk in saucepan over medium-low heat.
03 - Stir in sugar cookie mix until combined.
04 - Add white chocolate chips, butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
05 - Pour into pan, top with sprinkles. Let set 4 hours at room temperature or chill to speed up.
06 - Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
02 - Must use sweetened condensed milk not evaporated.
03 - Best served at room temperature.
