Mango Chili Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit & Juices

01 - 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
02 - The juice of 2 medium-sized limes (around 1/4 cup)
03 - 1 large mango, peeled, seed removed, and cut into chunky pieces

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

04 - 2 tablespoons of sweet honey
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin spice
06 - 1 whole garlic clove
07 - A half teaspoon of salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

→ Fresh Ingredients

09 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro leaves
10 - 1 tablespoon of a medium-heat chili pepper, finely minced (like Fresno or jalapeño)

→ Oil

11 - 1/3 cup of good-quality extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Put the mango chunks, lime and orange juice, honey, cumin, garlic, and salt into a blender. Blend at medium speed until completely smooth. Pour into a jar that’ll hold the mixture.
02 - Gently pour the olive oil into the jar, doing it slowly and steadily while stirring with a whisk or fork non-stop.
03 - Mix in the chopped chili, the fresh cilantro, and the ground black pepper. Taste it, and if you think it needs more salt, add a sprinkle.
04 - Keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days. Before using it again, give it a good shake.

01 - Works well as a topping for salads or with grilled salmon, shrimp, and chicken
02 - Stays fresh for up to a week in the fridge
